Can the product be used at both 50HZ or 60HZ?
Yes, HiBREW machines can be used in both 50 or 60Hz as per laboratory test, But because of Saudi Arabia’s regulations on electric appliances, the outer packaging must be ticked at 60Hz mark even HiBREW machines can work well at both ratings, If you are concerned on this , you can request a product safety certificate from HiBREW customer service, thank you.

It only took two weeks for this thing to break, now I’m afraid it will explode even. 😆 I put in DG capsule and started it, it put out the coffee for about two seconds and then it stopped dripping anything but the machine kept rumbling. I was worried it would create so much pressure it would explode. Luckily it didn’t, and I tried lifting the lock and it’s impossible. I unplugged it and put it in the sink so it can cool down before I try to force it open. While sitting in the sink it suddenly made a loud air pressure release sound. Only two weeks owning it and already it’s broken. Don’t buy unless you want to risk exploding scalding water all over yourself. 😆 🥵

I regret purchasing this coffee machine. The materials feel cheap, and the build quality is unacceptable. Despite having vacuum legs, the machine is unstable and cannot be placed securely on a kitchen countertop. I even sent a video to the seller to demonstrate the issue, but they dismissed my concerns, claiming it was “normal” and refused to accept a return. If this is truly their standard, I strongly advise against buying this product. In Europe, this level of quality and after-sales service is unacceptable. For the same price, you could get a reliable Nespresso or Dolce Gusto machine—maybe even both! Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

I was confused to take Nespreswa or not the same that my father something to come down to me soft milk was wiped this machine and I took the form of plastic from the outside a light metal well well played white color but good work quality! It’s special to settle many types of coffee but a fact I’m just experimented with milk capsules and coffee only as a tool milk I tried once and bezeh because from time I was my father mecha milk whisk

Super fast delivery, 2 days. Very good quality, works well, compact, looks good. But ..coffee comes just warm, and its quite a work to get coffee hot: to make one “empty” turn with hot water only, to warm up cup before, to put warm water in tank, to warm milk. I would consider chosing other model, at least with milk warmer integrated, since we love to drink coffee with milk. To skip at least milk prewarming separately.
