A solid and HOT cup of coffee
I wanted the convenience of a pod but the option for a full pot. After quite a bit of research and a few disappointing returns i settled on the Ninja Dualbrew CFP307.While features were important to me, one thing stood above all else, the ability to make good coffee. As many of you might know a huge component of good coffee is hot water. I am happy to report that the CFP307 gets nice and hot. I was getting 198 on “rich” setting measuring right where the water drips out of the machine. This means the water may be even hotter when hitting the grounds. The “classic” setting was around 194.However not all ninja dualbrews are created equally apparently. I didnt realize but amazon has multiple modes all grouped together. When selecting the buying options it sounds like your just selecting if you want the additional milk froather and permanent filter but they are intact diffrent models. The first one i got was the CFP401A. That model lacked the independent water feature and the water temperature was coming out at low 180s. The models look nearly identical so be careful. One thing I do want to mention is the 307 is an upgrade over the 407 in nearly every way except 2 things, pot size and pod function. The 407 is 72oz and the 307 is a max of 55oz. The pod function on the 407 has 3 water spouts that puncture the pod where the 307 only has 1. At first I was really bummed about this. However after doing some research i found that ninja sells the pod adapter apparatus with the 3 water spouts on their website and its compatible with the 307. I haven’t ordered it yet and it might be a marketing gimmick. Keurig was the first one to come out with “multistream” technology and it makes sense logically to me. More spouts puncture the pod alowing for water to more evenly cover the grounds in a pod which in turn means better extraction which makes a better cup of coffee. This might not matter to some people but I wanted to mention it.Overall I am very happy with the 307 it makes a very nice cup of coffee, its feature rich and good build quality. The ability to dispense clean water for tea or other drinks without it tasting like old coffee water is great. I like that the water reservoir is movable from side to back and while the froather doesnt heat it works well and is very easy to clean. If your in the market for a “dual” brewing machine I highly recommend checking out the Ninja 307

Great coffee maker at a great price
I purchased this coffee maker despite some of the negative reviews. The coffee maker is excellent! It easily makes coffee in several different sizes with the k cup feature that slips in where the permanent filter is for pot coffee. There is a pull down platform for the cup so no coffee splatters during use. The pot coffee is so easy with a measuring spoon slotted on the side. The potted coffee hotplate automatically works when the pot is selected and is adjustable to between 2 and 4 hours. Coffee tastes great both ways. Haven’t tried the hot water yet. This was a great item for the price!

Best cup of coffee we’ve had at home in a very long time
We received our Ninja Dual Brew Pro yesterday and to say the least my husband and I both very happy, in a very good way. At first I thought it would be too much to truly enjoy but we were very pleasantly surprised. No, it’s not a fill the basket with g coffee grinds and water in the water container, push a button and watch it brew. But that’s the beauty of it. The options are great! I prepared the coffee maker last night and this morning we had the best cup of coffee in a long time out side of a good coffee shop. The coffee was rich, yet not bitter. It reminded me of my mom’s slow drip coffee we had when I was a child. I’m looking forward to using the frother and other options offered. I really like the nice compact size also.I purchased a Kuerig dual brew not that long ago and Ninja put it to shame, as well as the Cuisinart I gave to our granddaughter last year. My husband and I both agreed that the Ninja Dual Brew Pro was worth every penny we paid spent. If you appreciate a good coffee you can’t go wrong with this one!

Best coffee pot I have ever owned
We’re a fan of the brand, but i swear coffee never tasted better. It’s very easy to use and you can arrange the water tank on the side (like in my picture) or swing it behind the coffee pot. It also have many modes which just makes it very convenient.I don’t have any REAL problems with leakage. Those problems, at least the ones I experienced were related to incorrect operation. If you use it as indicated, and it is super easy to use, you’ll be fine.I purchased this item in December, 2024. It’s July, 2025, and I waited this long to review. By now, I have used ALL the functions and modes this unit has to offer and I am not disappointed on any of them. I strongly recommend this item. It’s awesome. Ninja did it again. I trust this brand and I think you should as well.

Highly functional, easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing for your kitchen
Honestly I believe is the best purchased, comes with a spoon measure and filter, you can take the coffe pot off and it has a small base for your mug, as you can see it has a a lot of options for you, I bought it since I love coffe and I want to be able to make different kinds of styles, as also I want to be able to make tea or fond for my coffe and matcha. I bought it on Prime Day which honestly was more cheaper for me. If you like ground or pods this is easily the best option, comes with both options if you’re looking for a long investment for your kitchen and upgrade your morning ritual this is what you’re looking for.

Brewing strong after 1 year – I still love it!
Working great after 1 year. Display is very easy and attractive. I didn’t think id use the frothing/stirring feature, but after seeing how easy it is to clean, I use it quite a bit now and it produces better results than a spoon. I enjoy the flexibility to brew 8 – 60 ounces with a simple spin of the dial. Heated water feature (without coffee residue) makes the tea drinkers in the family happy and I use that to fill oatmeal. I find the sliding lid on the top to be far more useful than the tilting lids when you have this under (or even slightly under) a wall cabinet – you can still add coffee and remove the filter holder without pulling the unit all the way out. It’s a well designed product that has held up perfectly over the last year of near daily use. It seems to be worth the money. Good stuff – I’d buy another!

Excellent Coffee Brewer
I’ve been using Keurigs for many years but when I ran across the CFP301 on sale, I was intrigued enough to give it a try. I really liked how you could set so many brew sizes and the ability to brew 1/4 carafe if I wanted a few cups without having to make two individual cups. I actually planned to use it mostly with reusable pods, like I’ve always done with my Keurigs, so I ordered a set that would work with this machine (most will not). The pods I bought look to be good quality, but I’ve never used them. I’ve been using pods for so long it never clicked that with a machine like this, using reusable pods makes no sense whatsoever. Just use a regular filter, add your coffee and set the brew size to the size cup you want. But there’s more. Much more. With a Keurig or other pod-style machine, you are limited by the size of the pod. They can work a little magic by slow-walking the brew for a travel mug, but it was always weaker than a standard cup and there was little you could do to remedy it except for maybe brewing two pods into one cup. With the Ninja, I can simply adjust the amount of coffee and select the desired brew size. Done. Delicious. This machine, like all of the Ninja products I own, is well engineered. The moveable tank is a fantastic idea and is easy to use. The flip-down cup holder? Awesome! The foldable frother? Very cool, and the way you can just pop it off over the cup to take it to the sink is slick. Even the “smart” scoop is a very nice touch. Everything is so easy to use and convenient. The carafe is well designed and easy to clean. The insert for the carafe ensures the hottest coffee is circulated from the bottom up. Nice! I’ve had no issues with the temperature of my coffee. It has been nice and hot every time and the hot plate under the carafe makes sure it stays that way. When using a thermal travel mug, I’ll either let it cool for a few minutes or plop a small piece of ice into it. It’s hot.For filters, I am using Melitta #4 and folding the seams as recommended by Ninja. These are affordable, especially if you buy them in multi-packs. The result is delicious, ground-free coffee. I’ve read several reviews complaining about grounds in their coffee, but they don’t mention their particular setup. Are they using a permanent filter? Pods? I don’t know, but I’m not getting any and I’m not sure how I could using the paper filters. As for any negatives, which I feel compelled to include in any review, the only things I can think of are insignificant. The build quality is great, but it is a lot of plastic. For the price-point, it’s definitely as good as I think one could reasonably expect. As long as it holds up to plenty of use, it looks good, works very well and I’m happy with it. I do wish there was a little capacitor to power the clock temporarily during brief power outages or if you unplug it for a few minutes. This is a tiny complaint, but I already have two other clocks on other appliances in my kitchen and it’s a minor nuisance having to reset all these clocks every time the power blips.I haven’t had the machine long enough to do a long-term review but if anything changes, I will update my review. So far, I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.Edit (11/2023): I’ve been using this coffee maker for five months now, and I would now be lost without it. I absolutely love the versatility. My most recent development was to dig out my old 34 oz. French press, which fits nicely under the filter basket. For the best, boldest coffee, I measure the proper amount of coffee into the press and add 24 oz. of hot water from the Ninja for my normal 2 12 oz. cups. Easiest way ever to use the press. If I need a whole pot or just quick cup, I just brew like normal. If someone has a favorite K-cup, the insert works as expected. Selecting the brew size for coffee or water has been consistent and accurate. I really, really love this coffee maker.

My FAVORITE coffee maker!!
Dec 2023 update. I have this same model at work for the coffee kcup drinkers. I accidentally ordered a box of green tea kcups instead of pods. One day, I wasn’t feeling well and broke out a tea kcup to throw in the machine. I didn’t rinse off the pieces first. To my happiness, my tea didn’t taste at all like coffee. Didn’t have grounds in it either. So, there’s that!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This is my 2nd ninja coffee maker. As long as they keep innovating their products, I will be a dedicated fan. I had my first Ninja for 3 years before it started to leak. I had taken for granted how easy the Ninja made my morning routine, so I bought a different brand as a replacement that looked “fine”. It was fine, but was more involved than I wanted it to be. And I missed my Ninja. Also, when I found out that Ninja has a separate line for hot/boiling water, I became obsessed with getting my hands on it.PROS:Convenient water reservoir – 60 oz – that can be moved to the back from the side, if that suits your set up. Easy reservoir to remove, fill, and return to the base. Or, fill with a pitcher.Delay start – I mean, who doesn’t like to have their coffee waiting for them.SEPARATE HOT/BOILING WATER DISPENSER for tea, hot chocolate, instant oatmeal, instant soups, etc. This is an amazing option to have available!! No tea drinker likes using the coffee maker for their tea. This is a total game changer.Coffee pod adapter – if you like to use pods, you have that option. And it is easy to use and easy to clean. [I bought this same machine for my office lunchroom. It meets everybody’s needs. The tea drinker gets his tea, everybody gets to choose their favorite coffee pod, and everyone gets to choose the strength of coffee they want. We stored the carafe, as we aren’t likely to use it much there.]Cone shaped permanent filter, with option to add a paper filter (size 2 fits perfectly; size 4 fits, but needs to be squished down) if you prefer. Loose grounds really make the best coffee.Wide range of coffee sizes to choose from (unless you use pods, and then you are limited, probably bc it doesn’t make sense to make 20 oz of coffee with a pod)Open/close manual feature. If you are waiting for the pot to fill and need to sneak a cup, I really like that there is a slide knob to manually move from right to left, AND it shows you on the display panel if it is open or closed.Built in coffee scoop. I can never find mine for some reason. The fact that this one has a storage spot on the machine makes my mornings super easy.Frother. It doesn’t heat your milk, but it is fun to use. It is attached to the machine, and pulls in and out for easy use. It lies flush when stored. The frother part is easy to remove for easy cleaning. A really fun bonus. Sometimes I froth my creamer before adding it, cold even, and it’s just a little different treat. The control panel is intuitive and easy to use to select your favorite options. It didn’t take a lot of thought to make an assortment of coffee styles. I love that.Cleaning feature for descaling. Personally, I prefer having this option than not. You can use vinegar or coffee descaler.Cup platform. Also attached to the machine, and flips up and out of the way when not in use. Perfection.Smart hot plate. The user manual says this isn’t available on all models, but it is included on mine. (Possibly not on the models with thermal carafe?) This it’s my second newest favorite feature. Small size cups of coffee do not turn on the hot plate, but half carafe or larger does (you also have the option of manually turning the hot plate on to keep a cup of coffee warm). So, I can use any travel mug with this machine and make almost limitless sizes that I want. The machine tells you how many ounces and the quick start guide tells you how many of their scoops to use, from individual cups all the way to a full carafe. *****There is little-to-no thinking involved******. Which leads to my next favorite feature. The footprint is fairly small, given all the features. The Ninja machine at work is set up for daily pod use. My machine at home is set up for grounds in a filter. Changing back and forth isn’t that hard, but being able to use the machine the way I want to without changing it, is absolute perfection. Granted, I am the only person at my home using this machine, but adding the pod adapter isn’t hard at all.The Ninja pod adapter is the only thing you have to change to use a pod. The top cover slides back, and you drop in the adapter and slide it forward to lock it in. To go back to filter, you push the adapter backward to unlock the adapter, pop it out, put the permanent filter back in, and slide the cover forward. That’s it.ConsI had a little struggle at set up with both office and home machines understanding how the cover and adapter worked together and getting them to operate smoothly. This was totally fixable by a thorough reading of the instructions, but once I got it, I got it, and I feel silly that it took me a minute. Maybe bc the feature is totally different than any other coffee maker. The user manual says that reusable pod filters are not compatible. However, it is easy to use the permanent filter, even for small cups of coffee, that this shouldn’t be a deal breaker.SUMMARYThe build is solid, intuitive, and multifunctional with very little thought required. Easily adaptable and useful for multiple types of hot beverage drinkers. I am so happy with my Ninja coffee maker. It just makes my mornings go smoother on my way out the door, or enjoying a specialty coffee on the weekends. You really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend 👌!!

MY NEW NINJA COFFEEMAKER IN OVER 15 Years
I ordered my first Ninja coffeemaker from a televised infomercial. I was tired of spending $100 or more on coffeemakers that lasted about a year or less, and the Ninja promised an appliance that would last a lifetime. Over 15 years after buying my first Ninja coffeemaker, it finally stopped working. It had a lifetime degree, and considering that over over 15 years of daily use it had consistently yielded great coffee, I was devastated when it it stopped working completely and I knew I had to decide on a new coffeemaker. My Ninja bullet type bullet drink mixer and grinder that came with the new coffeemaker still still works and is a testament to the Ninja brand. The glass frother is still functional. My first Ninja coffeemaker even came with a stainless steel coffee travel cup that I still use daily. Needless to say, my first purchase of the Ninja coffeemaker was one of the best interactions I have ever experienced and I look forward to seeing how well the new Ninja coffeemaker compares.I just received my new Ninja Dual Brew Pro today and will post again as to how it has held up to my old Ninja coffeemaker in about six months after using it daily. I hope the new coffeemaker is as wonderful as the old one. My original Ninja that lasted over 15 years also included a coffeemaker recipe book with 100 variations. I can only hope that I have as wonderful a review in about six months as to how well this new Dual Pro performs. My money is on the Ninja brand. I look forward to using pods and the convenience of a separate hot water dispenser for tea, oatmeal, etc.

Second machine! The best!
This is my second 301 machine. The first lasted 9 years. I kept my permanent filter and reusable pods and carafe and scoop. Just received this machine. It was like new. It steamed a little while brewing, and made two perfect cups of coffee. One from a k-cup and one from a reusable pod from my old machine. The taste of the coffee was perfect. Was debating on getting a nespresso mini to have expresso too. This machine is somewhat narrow so the mini would look cute beside it. I may someday. I feel I’m more of a coffee girl though. I thought about the cuisinart barista 4 in 1. It does coffee and expresso. But I heard it’s a jack of all trades and master of none. This ninja really delivers amazing coffee. It has few parts and is extremely easy to clean. It has a delay button. Its tank is big and removable for filling. My husband would’ve let me buy any machine, but I chose this again. It really is built to last. I can’t say I descaled more than two or three times in my old one’s life too. I only used filtered water from my fridge. So please consider this top notch coffee maker. It does coffee hot cold and specialty. If you also want expresso, get a little one to put beside it. I’ll leave a pic of my small space to show how much room you’d have. The ninja is a coffee master. The nespresso is an expresso master.
