Variety of coffee and good cup of coffee
I bought this for my very picky parents, my dad wants the k-cup and my mom hates the k-cups so this has both options. The large carafe makes very good coffee and the single serve with the hot/cold option is a hit with my dad so win-win. So far, after about 2 months of use and no issues, just great coffee. But, don’t compare this to a moka pot, the carafe is closer to a French press coffee but a step down. But, that’s pretty good for a coffee maker imo. It’s easy to use, I would say idiot proof but don’t want to offend, but it’s very easy to use and clean and makes a good cup of coffee with different options for different types of coffee and it’s way cheaper than going to a coffee shop.

Convenient easy to use
Love this coffee pot, It is even easier to use then my last keurig, It holds the settings so if you favor the single cup coffee brew side all you have to do is replace the k-cup and hit the start button. Usually you have to turn the machine on, wait for it to warm up, add your k-cup, select your size and then hit brew button, a little convenience goes a long way!

Best coffee pot!
We love this coffee pot! We are coffee drinkers! We drink a pot in the mornings and a couple kcups in the afternoon so this maker is perfect. The kcups run through so fast, no waiting! We set the pot on auto brew and perfect every morning. I like how the reservoir holds water for both the pot and kcups, no separate reservoir. The coffee is always perfect. The ‘extra hot’ feature for kcups is great, we love that. This maker is a no brainer! You want a good cup of coffee, buy this model. So worth it.

Pros:Doesn’t take up much space. The pot holds 12 cups. The pot sits in its designated spot. No spills.Makes a pot of coffee in a decent amount of time. The coffee temps are smack on.The pod is punctured on 5 places on top. One on bottom which gets the most from the grinds.Plenty options.Makes a great cup of ice coffeeHolds a good amount of water in the tank.No leaks.High quality machine.Cons:None

Been Great so far
Glad we purchased it so far and we’re not part of the 4%. You have problems with it. It’s been working great. It does program the time to make coffee, just each day. You have to verify the settings. Auto brew hit the key button hit the key button time hit the key button. I kind of got that out of order but you get the idea. Not so bad been working great so far, we do like the dual purpose and a program ability.

Keurig Duo coffee maker is a great machine
I’ve been wanting replace my old Keurig single cup and separate coffee maker to save on counter space. Keurig duo coffee machine gave me both and I’m very happy with my choice. The single serve with the selection of 6-12 oz, x-hot & strong make a perfect cup of coffee. I like flavored pods so works out well. The coffee maker side uses 6-12 cups selection and works well for the hubby who prefers regular coffee and hot. The brewing cycles are quieter than my previous makers and auto shut off is also a nice feature.

Great features
The unit works well, I make sure to use filtered water to keep everything tasting good. The coffee tends to lose heat in the carafe, but is hotter for the single serve. There is however, an extra hot option as well as cold. I love all the size options and also making the coffee more strong. The water reservoir is in the back so it provides more lateral counter space. Impressed with the engineering of this coffee maker.

So delighted with our choice!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was perfect for what we needed. Uses kcups. Has a “strong” or “hot” choice buttons. I can use the pot to make my decaf green tea (Davidson’s) dried tea leaves, then delute to make my ice tea. More compact. It is also great for someone with low-vision issues. Front controls not top. Hot plate on coffee pot is easy to shut off. Compared & checked all and it came down to this one. We used our last Keurig for over 15 years. I was not surprised with my comparison shopping that I was always coming back to a Keurig.Build quality:It’s a Keurig. Keurig is quality!Functionality:Amazing.Features:Just what we need. The “strong” option was essential. The coffee pot spout is an easy pour new design, no spills to clean up. My french press still makes the best iced coffee, sorry Keurig.Leakage:Not that I’ve seen.Size:The coffee pot is a good capacity w/ a great pour spout.
