Why did you pick this product vs others?:This cappuccino machine looks stylish and solid, full stainless steel of whole body, fitting my kitchen bar perfectly. BTW, I like the digital LED panel on this machine.I used the milk box everyday for Cappuccino or Latte. The Coffee tastes real nice, and I LOVE IT. I also used the independent water tube from time to time, cooking, tea and soup, because it heats up water unbelievably fast. This machine is versatile!!!It is very easy to use the milk box for perfect foamy and silky milk. All I need to do is just store the box in fridge until next use. Following the manual instruction, cleaning is super easy. I think I got a nice priced machine.

I looked at espresso machines for a long time and finally pulled the trigger on this one. I’m glad that I did, it is a great machine for a really good price. The espresso is good with nice crema. The best part is the automatic milk frother. It works with oat and soy milk!

I absolutely love this espresso machine! I’ve been using it for four weeks now and took my time to write this review. It’s perfect for making lattes and cappuccinos, with automatic frothing and an easy-to-use design. It brews excellent espresso, but it’s important to maintain the machine properly for the best results. Customer service reached out to me upon seeing my review. It turns out I had a defective machine. They asked me to send a video of what the machine was doing (leaking) and then sent me a brand new one! The entire process was quick and easy. Now I have a new machine that functions exactly as it should. I love it! My favorite drink to make is a double latte. My advice to you if you have a problem with your machine is to reach out to their customer service team. 5 STAR customer service.Original review: When I make a 2 cup latte the machine leaks around the basket, when I make a 1 cup latte it doesn’t leak. I checked the gasket and it’s intact, no cracks or defects. Other than that I works great but the output amounts (in mls) listed in the manual don’t match the actual output.

One button americano is my first choice. You just push the button and get a real hot americano style coffee within seconds. I can use different roasted beans from fine to coarse ground coffee.I really like DIY foamy milk by using milk box. This is quite friendly for beginners like me who just want a cup of americano and Latte.Detachable drip trap allow me to use my favorite mug, which is a big plus for the gym guy like me. The automatic power off function is a huge huge huge plus, especially I am urgent to gym or going-outside.Easy clean and easy use. This machine does such great jobs.

Great quality easy machine
If you are looking for an easy to use and clean machine that will make great espresso, cappuccino and lattes this is it. I’ve had this for a few months and love it. I probably run 10 double shots a day through this and it is going strong with no issues.Pros:-Easy to use, no need to be a barista or spend hours doing research on technique.-Makes a great espresso drink out of the box with a few minutes of setup and reading directions.-For an espresso machine it is quick and easy. I make my morning double long in a few minutes including warm up, brew time and clean up.-Has some limited adjustability if you read the directions.-Cleaning/maintenance is easy.-Amazing responsive customer service from seller for minor issue (I was truly shocked). They go above and beyond.Cons:-It is an automatic machine with limited adjustability. If you are looking to experiment with pressure and advanced espresso techniques this probably isn’t for you.-The frother is easy to clean and use. The only issue is if you want to use it infrequently the cleaning may not be worth it. If you use it at least every 2 or 3 days you’re fine. If you want to use it every week or two it is almost not worth filling it, cleaning and then putting away. If you use the frother either regularly or almost never this won’t be an issue for you.One reviewer mentioned it does not take the appropriate weight of grinds. I noticed he was using a kitchen scale. I used a more sensitive scale that goes to 10ths of a gram and found I got 15 grams in the double filter. There is possibly variability between grind size and coffee moisture as well.This machine is perfect for what I wanted it for and am very happy with my purchase. I would buy it again without looking back.

Update again! 6/4/25 after daily use for months i started having an issue.. i contacted the companys support and they messaged right back offering help on my issue. Started right back up with my lattes! Love this machine & company.. thank you again!Update!I have to say this company has the BEST customer support. They contacted me through amazon after my review and assisted me through my issues. Although I cleaned it after every use extremely well, after watching the cleaning videos they show exactly how to clean it which also is a big help in the use so you know what parts can and cant get wet when cleaning/washing. Thank you customer support. Since this I have not had an issue with the milk frother or the inaccurate pumping that I had before. Gets used dailyWorked too good to be true for 2 weeks then starts going downhill. Milk stops frothing, stops pumping, inaccurate temps even though it says the so called temp its on the screen, inaccurate cup size amount. One could say its a faulty machine.. but I ordered my first one and exchanged it for doing the exact same thing within the same amount of time.

Best priced home cappuccino machine, with the separate container that holds the creamer or milk of your choice is great option. Just remove container and store in refrigerator for the next use..

It’s been a little less than a week but so far, I’m really LOVING it! It’s all so automated, all I have to do is turn it on, fill it with coffee, attach the milk canister and walk away … I like honey latte’s so I put a dab of honey in my mug and by the time I’ve brushed my teetch and splashed my face, I’ve got a beautifully homemade latte. In my estimation, it’s already saved me at least $80 (a honey latte at my local cafe costs $7.50). I’ve made at least 12 lattes and probably would have made more if not for running out of grounds.
