I absolutely love this espresso machine! I’ve been using it for four weeks now and took my time to write this review. It brews excellent espresso, but it’s important to maintain the machine properly for the best results. Customer service reached out to me upon seeing my review. It turns out I had a defective machine. They asked me to send a video of what the machine was doing (leaking) and then sent me a brand new one! The entire process was quick and easy. Now I have a new machine that functions exactly as it should. I love it! My favorite drink to make is a double latte. My advice to you if you have a problem with your machine is to reach out to their customer service team. 5 STAR customer service.Original review: When I make a 2 cup latte the machine leaks around the basket, when I make a 1 cup latte it doesn’t leak. I checked the gasket and it’s intact, no cracks or defects. Other than that I works great but the output amounts (in mls) listed in the manual don’t match the actual output.

Excelente muy fácil de usar , use el medidor pequeño para un capuchino grande porque sale bien fuerte el café , yo uso café bustelo , si uno sigue bien las instrucciones le va ir muy bien , la primera vez que hice pachuno me salió poca leche y me di cuenta que estaba en modo de limpieza, a otras personas les puede pasar lo mismo . Me encanta la máquina trabaja rápido y es muy fácil su limpieza.

Easy to use cappuccino machine
Best priced home cappuccino machine, with the separate container that holds the creamer or milk of your choice is great option. Just remove container and store in refrigerator for the next use..

Saves $$$
It’s been a little less than a week but so far, I’m really LOVING it! It’s all so automated, all I have to do is turn it on, fill it with coffee, attach the milk canister and walk away … I like honey latte’s so I put a dab of honey in my mug and by the time I’ve brushed my teetch and splashed my face, I’ve got a beautifully homemade latte. In my estimation, it’s already saved me at least $80 (a honey latte at my local cafe costs $7.50). I’ve made at least 12 lattes and probably would have made more if not for running out of grounds.
