Cheap, not toxic like plastic coffee makers, taste fine.
Yes it takes longer to make coffee. I put 30 oz of water in a pot, drop in three scoops of coffee in the pot bring water to about 190 degrees stir as it gets hot then poor it in the press. Wait a minute and then plunge. Otherwise I don’t have time.

Update: Replacement sent! CRACKED after 8 weeks!
Just missed the return window by 3 weeks and this happens! When adding the boiling water this morning it just Cracked up the side. This should not have happened. Maybe I got a defective?Update: the seller sent us a new one and so far so good! Thank You

Great Quality Coffee Maker with a Great Design!
The picture doesn’t do it justice. This coffee maker is better quality than expected with a beautiful design that looks great just sitting on the counter. The 4-level filtration system makes for a great tasting cup of coffee! This coffee maker is also a breeze to clean! It easily comes apart and washes great in the dishwasher!

Hot off the French press..
Well made, easy to clean and most importantly- makes delicious coffee! I always choose my product’s color based on lowest price available, For $19.99 I purchased the 34 ounce, dark pewter color. It is neutral, beautiful and would go with any style. Personally, I usually love copper, but this color did not disappoint and is ascetically pleasing!Pro tip: fill your french press with hot water from tap, while heating up water to make the coffee. This allows glass to preheat and keeps coffee hotter for longer! Makes a big difference!! I’d also recommend using high quality, fresh, coarsely ground coffee and filter water to the make The BEST French press coffee!

Don’t speak to me before I’ve had my morning coffee
I only have one coffee a day but I like to make it a good one. I cherish the ritual of grinding my coffee (which I do the night before because making coffee before you’ve had a coffee is too hard), boiling the water, waiting for the water to brew in the french press while I feed my poor neglected cats and food my kids. Once that chaos is over and the kids out the door I get to sit for 15 whole minutes while I enjoy every sip of coffee before I get ready for work. I have 3 of these copper french presses – all in different sizes – in case Mama has to share. My husband likes his coffee like insipid dirty dishwater that smells like coffee, where I like mine strong and dark just like my heart. Rinsing the coffee grounds is fairly easy with this press and I tend to put it through the dishwasher as well to ensure it’s fresh for the next morning. This press works well with my morning ritual and looks the part with the copper rather than the black plastic or silver color you typically find. Highly recommend. 5-stars, because nothing gets between me and a great morning cup.

Much healthier coffee
I stopped using Keurig pods because they’re not healthy too much plastics in them I’m using this beautiful French press now and I’m using a stainless steel electric kettle to heat my water and the coffee taste really good but I’m also buying Atlas coffee brand
