Better than my old Delonghi espresso machine!
Fantastic espresso machine! Very easy to pull shots and I even bought a bottomless porta filter to further elevate the machine! Itโs the perfect size, very easy to clean, and I do not have leakage if I tamp my espresso pucks correctly. It is very quick to warm up and brew a shot. I couldnโt recommend more!

Great machine! (Though the steam wand is not excellent)
Iโve had this little machine for almost 4 months now with daily use, and it still works like a charm. Iโm no coffee snob, so it satisfies me every time. Itโs very compact, and I love the removable water tank. Itโs not quiet, I can tell you that, because it likes to rattle the metal tray where you set your cupโฆ but as long as that doesnโt bother the people around you, itโs no big deal. The espresso tastes great, and it is fairly easy to keep clean. I do wish the set came with a real tamp, but the dual plastic spoon/tamp gets me by just fine. Nothing has broken yetโฆ buttons work great, temperature is great. I will sayโฆ I only drink iced coffee. So, the steam wand was not a concern for meโฆ but if it is for you, this may not be the perfect machine. The steam wand is quite weak, and does not put out enough steam to froth in a timely manner.

Great budget espresso machine
Why did you pick this product vs others?:For the price, this is a great little espresso machine. It was my first one, and it takes a bit of learning to get the hang of brewing espresso, but the instruction book is very helpful. Everyone I have over says how good the espresso tastes from this machine. It heats up fast, the brew time and temperature are great, the shots look and taste delicious. The steamer wand is as advertised – I’m admittedly not great at steaming milk, so I just microwave the milk instead. The little tamper/scoop tool is a bit flimsy (I bought a more sturdy tamper separately), but that’s the case with any machine in this price range. I am upgrading from this machine for two reasons – I want a bigger portafilter (the Casabrews has a 51mm portafilter, and only fits about 16g coffee grounds in the double basket), and I’m buying a machine that does automatic steaming. Otherwise, I have no reason to get rid of this machine. I’ve used it a few times a week for about a year, and no issues!

Great Budget Espresso Machine
Iโve been using the espresso machine for a few weeks now, and I couldnโt be happier. Itโs beautifully designed, compact enough to fit on my kitchen counter, and feels sturdy and well-made. The machine heats up quickly, and the intuitive controls make it easy to pull a perfect shot of espresso every time.

A very fine little home espresso machine!
This is a very fine little home espresso machine! The crema is superb and the milk frother works well and is easy to use. Besides all that, the customer service is excellent! I had a problem with one of the filters and Casabrew replaced it instantly. Thank you Casabrew! With all that said, and the 5 stars I give it, I do have to say it is a machine that needs gentle handling. Make sure to always put the right amount of coffee in the filter, otherwise the portafilter will not fit. I have a little brush to wipe away the little coffee grounds around the portafilter before inserting it into the brew head. The used coffee puck is hard to get out of the filter. You can’t knock it out. I end up removing the coffee puck in the sink under running water. I would not recommend this espresso maker in a office with many people making espressos. It is made for a small household with one person handling the machine. I am positive anyone who ends up using it will love it as much as I do.

Iced Latte approved
Writing this after my first use so will update if things change. Iโve been scared to bite the bullet and get one of these at home due to bad reviews but this one didnโt seem too bad and was affordable. Iโm currently pregnant and doing decaf and totally canโt handle hot coffee. I wanted a way to do iced coffee at home but iced coffee from regular brew is crap, I like my stuff STRONG. I was a barista back in the day so I have a little experience with an espresso machines but this one is crazy simple. With the first use I made a double shot of decaf with the pictured espresso and mixed in oat milk and ice and it was amazing! Of course I added some whip cream on top. Iโm super excited to save all the money Iโve been putting into my Starbucks habit. I will play with the milk frother when the temp gets colder but doing the initial steps as instructed was simple.

Good looking and works well
I love the stainless steel look and its compact size. It is powerful for its size, warms up fast, and makes coffee in a minute. I donโt have to fill up my water every time. Our family is coffee lovers, and we are picky about the taste of our coffee. It is a little bit on the loud side, but this doesnโt bother me.

Much better quality and reliability than I expected at this price.
Very solid machine for the price.I used to work for a high end coffee company, and I’m used to seeing high end La Marzoccho’s.The one’s we had were north of 10 grand. This is not 5 stars the way one of those would be.It also costs less to buy than the minimum service call charge on one of those. But for a home user who isn’t on the bleeding edge of coffee culture – it close enough. At this price point, it gives up a couple of features. You might have to wait a few seconds when switching between brewing and steaming, because it’s a single boiler. If those seconds are sufficiently precious to you, there are companies that will return them to you in exchange for an extra $400.I’ve never had to wait more than 5 seconds.Oh, it also has a time limit on how long continuously the steamer will run. Then it needs a couple seconds to catch it’s breath and it good for another cycle.Don’t remember how long it runs, but it’s good foe steaming 22 oz off 33F milk to the point where it’s hot but not scalding. If you need to steam a larger quantity, you can either wait a couple of seconds and hit the button again, or start making preps for the next shot you’re going to need anyway for that Big Gulp latte you’re making. It pulls a good shot out of the box, and I have not had to mess with the timing, but adjustments are available and the manual is clear about how to make them.It also has a reset function if you screw it up and need to start over. The water container for it is large enough that I have yet to have to refill it during the day.And I usually don’t bother to checking before pulling the first shot of the day.Construction is solid.I mean, I haven’t disassembled it or anything. But everything fits precisely – doesn’t make unseemly noises, and it would look good on any countertop. No one is going to look at it and get the impression it’s cheap. In fact, it’s good looking enough that I down play it when ever anyone sees it for the first time.Don’t want them thinking I suddenly inherited money or something.I picked this machine after spending a lot of time comparing features, reading reviews, and reflecting on priorities.I could have spent a lot more – but I don’t know what else I could have expected.I could have spent a little less, but this looked like my best bet, and I think I won.I have flogged this machine hard.My wife drinks a lot of coffee – for medical reasons actually.I hear people raving about the endurance of machines they operate “at least once a week.”I run this one probably 10 times a day average – granted it’s only been a couple of months – but it’s been utterly flawless. This is kind of a disposable appliance. At a hundred bucks, no one is sending it in for service, no repairman is going to make a house call. But I’ve probably pull more shots through it than most people pull in a year, without any issues at all, so I am well satisfied with the value.

Best espresso machine for the money.
I have tried many espresso machines and love the CasaBrews machine. It was nicely packaged, had great instructions and looks beautiful. The water heated up very quickly and produced a lovely crema. I found it surprisingly quiet for the high heat an power of the frother. Best unit out there for the money.

Take my 5 star review with a grain of saltโs I only had a drip coffee maker, but hereโs my experience. It took two tries to get something successful in my cup. I drink lattes and the last one I made for a friend, he said a similar drink cost him $6! I donโt use any sugar and itโs the best coffee Iโve ever had, and Iโm only using grocery store whole beans atm! Pricier than your average drip coffee maker but so worth it!
