A beautiful espresso machine.
This machine is beautiful & does all the bells & whistles it says. It sits on the counter beautifully. It heats up quick! I really wanted to learn how to use it but for me I was used to my 30 year old Krups espresso maker which now seems more like a strong coffee maker. lol but true. I watched many YouTube videos including Tom’s Coffee Corner on how to prepare & pull a shot. I think this was a bit too much as I was used to my old one button machine. I’m also a ‘hot’ coffee drinker but espresso isn’t as hot as coffee. You might know espresso better than me. So what I’m sharing is like “Duh!” To you. As someone shared on an earlier post the milk frother can spin a jug of milk. It is strong. For me, I just couldn’t get the hang of it. All this to say this is an amazing espresso machine. I just struggled with understanding it. The Customer Service is top notch! Not manipulative at all. Just sincere. I purchased this thru Amazon but I contacted CasaBrews directly & I am so glad I did. Personal service! She listened & followed up with emails & answered all my questions. When I shared that I was going to return it she just said not a problem and wished me the best on my espresso machine hunt. I think that was admirable. Please don’t let my experience deter you. The machine is fantastic. It was just my learning curve. I would highly recommend this machine. Enjoy! ☕️

Works great so far. I love how fast it heats up and I don’t have to fill the water tank as often as my last one. The coffee has a nice crema. It’s larger than my last casabrew but not too big. I’m hoping this one lasts longer since my other casabrew only lasted 2 years before the side knob broke on it and wouldn’t allow me to preheat the machine anymore. Which is why I went with this machine. No side knob to preheat the machine or to steam milk. Just the press of a button

As a former barista, cafe manager and late art trainer of about 12 years, I missed being able to make a cortado for myself at a whim. After careful consideration and a bit of hesitation, im glad I went ahead and went for the Ultra. I’m very impressed with this lil spro mac. It’s no Strada, but it does its job very well, especially considering the price point. I honestly don’t think you could possibly get a better bang for your buck. I love how my whole house smells like a specialty coffee shop every morning. Im happy to spoil my husband with iced mochas without the exorbitant cafe prices. This comes with lots of great accessories, but I would suggest upgrading the plastic tamper it comes with. The only gripe I can think of is that this model cannot steam milk and pull shots at the same time. I’m not making a 100+ drinks a day for under-caffinated masses anymore so it’s a small compromise for the amazing value. This machine looks great, doesnt take up much counter space and is relatively quiet. Whether you’re a newbie who is eager to learn, or an old head this machine is awesome.

Great espresso machine!
Got a great deal on this machine and it more than meets expectations! The instructions were very clear and I have been using it daily for about a month. Makes delicious espresso!When I filled it a bit too much with the espresso grounds, it did leak. That was a user error. When it’s the right amount, it brews perfectly. I found that 8-9 grams of espresso works well for a single shot.

if you are looking for a very good start up espresso machine, thats the one !!
I am not a big coffee espresso lover to start with, but I needed to add some variability to my routine of indian tea, and hot dark chocolate drinks, so I wanted to try to make some espresso drinksafter review of the available machines, as I didnt want to spend quite a bit on a machine which I might use once/ week, I decided to go with the machineit was a quick buy and delivery was prompt.luckily I didnt have any surprises with missing pieces or malfunctioning pieces. I was able to set the machine up, and after watching few videos on its various functions, I was able to make my first macchiato cup of coffee , following the instructions.I also used the steamer, which was tricky for someone who didnt use any machine like this before, but finally I was able to steam the milk just exactly like how it is done in the cafes with the foam which not only filled the cup of coffee but part of my kitchen counter ! 🙂 I was glad I was able to get the milk to be steamed and frothy much like what we buy from the cafe, which is neat !I have been using the machine for over 2 months now, and I am able to make the drinks that I wanted , without having to drive to get in line to ask for the same drink in cafes..which is a huge plus for me !!I do believe the machine is very good to excellent, and it was the first machine I have tried to make such drinks, but I would say I am pleased with my purchase. Photos in review shows macchiato I ve prepared in less than 10 mins !the machine size is right, and so is the weight, and able to handle quite bit of volume of water to make several cups pf coffee, and I am satisfied with the purchase

Delicious and Affordable
I have never prepared an espresso in my life. That is, until I got this machine. The machine itself is beautiful. The instructions on its use are clear. The price, based on my research, is quite good. The milk frothier is excellent. Best of all, it makes delicious lattes. Full marks for this machine.
