Can the product be used at both 50HZ or 60HZ?
Yes, HiBREW machines can be used in both 50 or 60Hz as per laboratory test, But because of Saudi Arabia’s regulations on electric appliances, the outer packaging must be ticked at 60Hz mark even HiBREW machines can work well at both ratings, If you are concerned on this , you can request a product safety certificate from HiBREW customer service, thank you.

Worth every penny! Amazing features for the price. My previous espresso machine was the DeLonghi Dedica. I compared the shots between them using the same basket, and the results were excellent. The notes are clearer in the hibrew machine, and the shots were sweet and balanced.

Machine was very well packed and arrived in record time. Operation is very simple, and the brew quality is excellent. The Grinder was not available in KSA and had to be sent via FedEx from China. This cost extra SAR 35. But the grind quality is so good that the extra cost is not a deterrent for future orders. Both Espresso Machine and Grinder are recommended.
