Final Verdict
The Jura GIGA 10 Diamond Black is a technological marvel tailored for serious coffee aficionados. Its dual grinder system, immense customization options, and ability to deliver both hot and cold brew drinks put it in a league of its own. The intuitive touchscreen interface and app control enhance usability, while the high-end materials and sharp design make it a centerpiece in any kitchen.
However, its steep $5,499 price tag, occasional complaints about plastic durability, and mixed reliability reviews could be drawbacks for some. If you’re seeking café-level coffee with the convenience of full automation and have the budget to match, the GIGA 10 is an exceptional (albeit premium) choice.

Coffee Perfection
If you are picky about how your coffee tastes, you will love this machine. It is so customizable, a little time investment will deliver the perfect cup – for every member of your family, every time. You can save each “formula” so it’s just a push of a button once you’ve found the balance that works for you. You don’t need special espresso beans for a perfect espresso – take it from the Italians… use quality beans and just select the grind and intensity – to deliver an Americano, an espresso, a decaf, a half caf, a latte, etc. – all from the same beans (including decaf beans in the 2nd hopper). This machine does it all…… milk drinks with whatever milk you want… soy, almond, oat, regular….. it’s the Rolls Royce of coffee machines. Can’t imagine owning another machine.

Coffee is better than previous generations of machines
Had a we8 that died a somewhat untimely death, and after some hmming and hawing decided to make the leap to a giga10 because I need decaf and my wife, not so much. Seemed the best option in spite of the expense. What we did not expect … and were completely surprised by … was the coffee is noticeably better than from the we8. It takes longer to brew, and maybe that is the difference, but the result is not just a bit better. It is much better.

Where have you been all my life?
I’m a coffee lover. I’ll drink almost any coffee–even tolerated the ER sludge when I was an intern. I really got to understand good coffee on a few trips to Italy and quickly advanced to an espresso machine plus grinder plus frother at home. It was a lot of effort, for sure, but it raised my coffee appreciation by an order of magnitude. On a recent trip to Norway I found these advanced machine in the dining rooms at breakfast and had to have one. Tried another brand first (Bosch) and although it made good coffee drinks it had too many flaws so I returned it. Then I moved up to a Jura Giga 10. I’ve had it for two weeks and I am sure it’s the best such machine available for espresso-based drinks. Look up the reviews and they will tell you the same thing. It’s an extravagance, for sure, but I like it so much that I bought one for my oldest son who is also a coffee aficionado. He is leased as well.

Jura makes a great product
Product arrived on time and in good shape. Simple start-up and ready to go in just a few minutes. We have owned Jura machines for last 10 years and have had great luck with them. High quality machines that are pretty easy to use and make great coffee.

Coffee Nirvana
An impressive machine in every way. Looks great, built solid, amazing engineering, and loads of features. My last Jura lasted 13 years and this one might be even do better. It does take some serious time and patience to study the manual, experiment with options, and generally set up the Giga 10 to handle many types of coffee drinks, milk, and hot water. After a day of study, I am happy to say that my coffee drinks pour just right: size, temperature, milk, milk foam, and taste. The milk cleaning system is as superb as is the panoramic display, that once you learn how to use it, it provides a wealth of options and information.Take the time to learn all there is to know about the Giga 10 and you cannot be anything but impressed and glad to have this super automatic coffee system in your home. Do the maintenance when required and it should provide many, many years of service.Yes, it is mighty expensive, but if you are particular about the quality of the coffee varieties you drink at home, it just might be an investment in your happiness.Buying it, like with anything else on Amazon was easy. Delivery in my case was next day by UPS. The vendor was Everything Kitchens. It arrived on time without any sign of box abuse. By the way, even upboxing the Giga 10 is well engineered, if you take the time to look over the boxing system. Impressive.Glad to have this product in my home. And, my friends will be impressed as well.
