Great, dependable coffee grinder
I just bought my second grinder for my daughter’s house so we would have one when we visit. I just used my original one to grind its umpteenth batch of coffee. I don’t know how long we have had it, but I’m sure it is at least six years. It is a simple grinder – no settings, no removable grinding chamber. It turns out an evenly ground batch of coffee each and every time.It also holds a large amount of ground coffee. We like our coffee strong. We fill the grinding chamber over the top, pet the lid on and grind away. We bought the Hamilton Beach Removable Chamber Grinder Model 80350 from another retailer for my daughter’s house and just hated it. The grinding chamber is much too small and it did not grind consistently.Forget all the fancy bells and whistles and buy this bad boy. You’ll be using it a long time.

Versatile grinder
Does a great job of grinding small amounts coffee beans. Not just the coffee beans but I found another use for it. One day I needed a small amount of powdered sugar but was out so I put some regular sugar in it and ground it for a short time until it turned into powdered sugar.

THE BEST
This is the absolute best working coffee grinder especially if grinding smaller amounts of beans. I had one and it lasted for years and I loved it, but I didn’t take care of it well or clean it so I figured ok time for a new one. I decided to research non-sponsored articles for the best grinder in this category and came up with the Hamilton Beach. Got it – big mistake. The beans just whirled around barely hitting the blades and it came out a mess of sand and chunks. Returned it!!! Purchased another Mr Coffee and am never switching again.

Works really well-just is hard to clean
Bought to use to grind up coffee as well as herbs meaning that we have to clean between uses. May have to get a separate one for the jalapeño pepper powder we have been making so it doesn’t mix with the other herbs like celery.Speed is good. Recommend short burst vs holding the button constantly.Sounds- it’s a grinder it’s going to be a bit loudDesign is fine for the size.
