Smooth, consistent grinder for a beginner like me
Iโm pretty new to the whole coffee grinding and brewing scene, so I donโt have a lot of high-end grinders to compare this to, but Iโve been really happy with the NewlukPro M6 Manual Coffee Grinder so far. It feels solid and well-built right out of the box โ the handle turns smoothly, and thereโs no wobble or roughness while grinding. The burr design and double bearings really do make a difference in how even the grind comes out. Iโve mostly used it for pour-over and AeroPress, and the grounds are consistent enough that I can tell a slight but noticeable improvement in the taste of the coffee โ a bit cleaner and more balanced compared to pre-ground beans. It doesnโt take too long to grind a single serving either, and the motion feels smooth enough that itโs not tiring, even in the morning….I also found that you can just attach a drill to the shaft and really crank it up, although I am sure its not advised for longevity.Pros:Smooth, consistent grinding actionSturdy build with nice fit and finishCompact and easy to holdNoticeable flavor improvement over pre-ground coffeeCons:Manual grinding takes a little patience (not really a flaw, just part of the process)I almost missed the markings the first time i used it, they are etched on the size adjuster but a little hard to see.Overall, for someone new to grinding their own coffee, this feels like a great entry-level grinder that performs well and makes the whole process enjoyable.

An excellent manual grinder for the money.
My main coffee setup is a Rancilliio Sylvia machine with a Breville auto dosing grinder, a great combination for espresso, lattes, etc, however if I am traveling or just want an “other” or regular coffee that’s a problem as I keep my grinder hopper full of Lavazza Super Cream. I must have looked at 10 or 15 manual burr grinders when looking for an alternative…I noticed that most of the common components / parts of these units (costing from $25 to over $120. seemed to look similar ( I suspect they share certain parts like the steel burrs, etc. Since I had not used such a grinder in the past I thought I would try a basic / well reviewed model to start.I have to say I am more than happy with this NewlukPro M6 portable burr grinder!! It’s buit like a tank all of machined aluminum with steel mechanism and burr….I was warned about the actual “work” to grind17 grams of coffee but I kind of like the “interactive” process in that one cup of coffee and the grind settings are easy to use. (Fine espresso grind does take much longer so I normally used a coarser grind for my AeroPress (perfect match for this grinder-about 100 turns for 17-18 grams of coffee). Sounds likea lot of work but very easy and “zen like” for that first great cup.I would enthusiastically recommend this great little grinder for travel or single cup use!! Very Happy with it!

Fantastic portable burr grinder!
This has been an MVP for my deployment and supporting my bougie coffee snobbery. The grind is consistent and uniform. It is very easy to use. It always yields nice, smooth coffee. One thing to note is that this is very, very heavy, but it is absolutely solid. Definitely BIFL and definitely a requirement to have in your coffee kit if you travel and want to grind your own beans.

AHHHH-MAZING!!!
Donโt waste money on overpriced electric grinders because my espresso game is top tier and I actually like this fun little manual coffee bean grinder. I have fun. Itโs EASY to take apart and clean. Itโs not loud or hard to use. Itโs a quick process itโs not something that will take long. The price is amazing for amazing quality. And the grind sizes are absolutely superb especially the not 8-9 spot thatโs so fine and perfect for my machine. The notch says 9 but itโs technically 8 clicks from the starting point and itโs my perfect setting. At first this grinder was just supposed to be a cheap starter until I could afford electric but after hearing how loud some electric ones are and knowing that they are harder to clean and just all around not really worth it when the hand grinder here is so superior and just perfect.. Iโm the type where if itโs not broke I wonโt fix it and even if this one day does stop working.. Iโd just get this again. I will never purchase overpriced electric nonsense. I like this little experience far too much! I just wish I could get it in a fun rainbow steel color or even pink or something like that. Would absolutely love if this brand came out with any newer hand grinders and wanted me to test them because I absolutely frickin would! Would give them all the reviews!

One of the best griders on the market, Im very surprised
This grinder has to be one of the best grinders on the market, and for the price, it is a must buy. The precision machining is evident throughout and every part feels sturdy. Solid metal material, design and milling. Ive included pictures of all of the various parts, which are each made of quality material and craftsmanship. The grinder cylinder base has reverse threading and screws off clockwise, so, opposite of normal counter-clockwise loosening. This is to avoid loosening during use. The metal tri-bit screw on the bottom holds everything together and can be loosened and tightened for desired grind size. The way Ive learned how to use it is to turn the adjusting screw clockwise until it bottoms out. You will then need to turn the bit counter-clockwise at least 6 steps to safely grind espresso fine grain coffee. Turn the dial another 8 clicks (for a total of 14 clicks from bottom out) to get drip grain size coffee.I havent had this long so I will update my review if anything changes. So far, I dont anticipate having any issues at all with this grinder as everything is well built. You should invest in this grinder now before too many people find out how good it is and drive up the price.
