If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would.

My boss had this in the office and I was hooked after the first use. I bought one when I got home and use it everyday. This. grinder is perfect. There are grinding settings on the size to adjust the size of the grind with high precision. I run this for 5 seconds to fill a reusable k-cup in the morning, and 22 seconds to fill a 12 cup pot of coffee. I am incredibly impressed and I genuinely feel like it’s a luxury that I can enjoy every morning. No more pre-ground coffee, no more loss of flavor. Just add the beans, press grind, and go. It’s easy to pour, easy to clean, and exceptionally quiet compared to other electric grinds I’ve had. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would.

    Great coffee grinder!

I really like this coffee grinder. It fits my counter space nicely, which is limited as I live in a small city type apartment. The settings for the coffee grind size is great and expansive and I am having fun exploring the different setting to the various ways I brew my coffee from French press, to pour over and my fav Bialetti Moka pot. What a difference the grind makes to the flavor. I used to be a barista and for making coffee at home, this is a really nice coffee grinder and I am enjoying it. And it’s not loud, of course it makes sound but certainly a huge improvement from my previous Mr. Coffee manual button coffee grinder, which was also a guessing game when it came to finding the proper grind for brewing.

    So far I am impressed.

I have done an incredible amount of research over the past month, and that has led me to the conclusion that this coffee grinder was the one I needed to get.I just received it today, and first of all, right out of the box, it is a fine looking appliance that looks great on my countertop.Assembly was very simple. I didn’t even bother with instructions.Operating it was a breeze as well and I have already enjoyed my first brew from a fresh grind in this device.I have given it 5 stars for now, but will come back and update after a month and let you know how she stacks up over time. I will use it regularly so mine should be a pretty accurate review.I feel like the price was right in comparison to others, and it doesn’t appear to be too difficult to clean either. The hopper filled with beans and did not let anything escape outside of the machine so it was very clean to operate as well. The grind was perfect, but I will play around with it to see what best suits my needs.Again, at first glance this one is a keeper, but time will tell and I’ll let you know in a few weeks.

They had my back for a warranty issue.

I had an problem with my coffee grinder after owning for about 2 months. I spoke with Lisa via several emails. She told me from the very first corrsespondence that they would do whatever it took to earn my satisfaction. In the end, the company SHARDOR, sent me a new grinder. And they paid for return shipping to (China) determine what went wrong with my grinder. So far, so good with the new grinder, as it works exactly as it should!! A+ for these guys. I’m totally happy.!

This is not my first rodeo

I bought this as a replacement for a grinder that I wore out over many years of use. Even though that one had been reliable, there were a number of things that irked me, so I looked for something different. Most of my objections to the old one revolved (pun intended) around the burrs. I wanted a conical burr rather than a flat burr. So I started shopping. I came across the Shardor which looked like what I wanted. It had a good (enough) customer rating. Oddly, what really sold me were the negative reviews. The major complaint seemed to be that you couldn’t grind a whole pound of coffee at once. Oookaaay. As you hopefully know, the proper way to grind coffee is right before use so that the essential oils within the beans do not evaporate before you use it.So I figured this should work. Bought it. And it exceeds my expectations. The first thing I noticed is that it is far, far quieter than my old grinder. With the old one, if we had guests that slept later than I did, I would wrap the grinder in a towel so as not to wake them. With the Shardor, you can hold a conversation without raising your voice while it’s grinding. The second thing I noticed was the evenness of the grind. Now it may not be fair to compare it to my old grinder. After all, I did replace that one because the burrs were worn on the old one. Nonetheless, I’ve been doing this for a long time and I am impressed by the grind quality. The third thing I noticed was the control. You have very fine-grained control over both the grind size and the amount you grind. The amount of coffee you grind is very consistent. Once you settle on a grind size and time, you will get the same cup of coffee every morning.I know that your perfect cup of coffee will be different from mine (heck, my wife doesn’t even like my coffee), but FYI, my perfect cup is Kirkland House Blend, grind #21, 12 sec. and 420 ml. water through a pour over brewer. Mmmmmm.

Precision and ease. Anti-static works too. Accurate and efficient. After grinding the aroma was intoxicating. The digital display is nice and gives it a modern feel.

    VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE!

Great grinder! Every bit as good as the more expensive burr grinders, which are far superior to the blade grinders. Attractive design, easy to operate, easy to clean, fast, and the multiple grind settings are accurate.

    Clean machine

This is a really good grinder. Bought it last year to replace a different brand that just succumbed and it has turned out to be reliable. Like most of these things, it’s noisy. It consistently grinds all types of beans to whatever grind you prefer. Most importantly, the anti-static feature works and there is very little mess to clean. Nice machine. Would recommend .

A sleek, space-saving grinder perfect for small-batch coffee

I love this thing! I had been using a hand-cranked conical burr grinder for years, which produced very nice grounds but took a full two minutes to grind enough for one cup of coffee! This machine grinds the same amount (10 grams) in 7-8 seconds! Just two taps on the control panel and by the time I get my Aeropress set up my grounds are ready to go. Aaaand the grounds slide right out of the catcher cup with no mess due to its anti-static design. That was one of the features that sold me on this particular grinder, and I am pleased that it works so well. The main thing that set this grinder apart from others I looked at is its slim design. I don’t have much counter space in my kitchen so I love that this has a small, narrow footprint. As a trade-off, the hopper does not hold a full bag of beans and the catcher cup is pretty small, so if you’re making coffee by the pot you may want a bigger machine so you don’t have to grind in batches. But for making 1 to 4 cups at a time, this is perfect. It looks nice and it’s easy to take apart for cleaning. I can’t speak to its longevity but I have used it twice daily for 3 months and it still runs like new.One final thing to note: when I first used this grinder, I had an issue with the hopper coming loose (unscrewing) due to vibrations from the motor. This would cause the machine to automatically shut off before it finished grinding. After some fiddling, though, I was able to get the hopper to fit snuggly and I no longer have this issue. So just make sure the hopper is properly fitted to the base and you’ll be good 👍
