Don’t judge a book by the cover!
This tinny machine is perfect if you do not like too many stuff on your counter top! It makes the best cup of coffee ever; way better than my previous Lavazza espresso machine! The coffee comes out super hot as it should be and the aroma fills the kitchen, I love it! The only concern I had was that the little measuring cup comes with is made of plastic, so I reached out to the seller. They went beyond and above any expectations one could have, it was like a different kind of customers service that I never knew before! They apologized and offered to send me a brand new cup made of glass that actually arrived today in the mail! I am so impressed and thankful for my new coffee maker and for the outstanding customer service! Thank you for the great experience!
